I did not develop this process but I'm trying to figure out a way to speed up the process as it is very time consuming.
Making the brass washer that adds some meat to the inside of the base, shaping the washer and sweat soldering takes some time.
I forgot to take pictures of that part.
I have fired these in my 1st Allin but with the largest Minnie ball mold I could find, I believe they were 575 diameter and 450 gr. so these 590 diameter bullets I have not shot yet. I purchased the mold from accurate molds along with another I had them custom make. I have a video shooting my 1st Allin but not sure how or if it can be posted??
Forgot a number in the trim length. It should say 1.170
