Noticed Forager 1075 at the Colorado show today. Looked Kosher but in average condition. Did not see a price.

John, Did you happen to Dr Vance Haynes? If you do please ask if he will get his Officers rifle book out in print one day.

A "new" entry for the log! 1073 has already been noted. In the case of the Forager, keeping notes speaks much more to the issue of survival rate, than say the 1880TRB where the interest is in which was which, and solidifying ranges...
To all who may read this, I am ALWAYS interested in gathering serial numbers of the rarities - right along with 1st model carbines (always subject to the best verification possible). I suspect I probably have an (unintentional) ringer here and there, but I definitely want to minimize them.

I'll second that - better to go with what you have than see it go to a landfill - which is what happened to a lot of Dick Branum's stuff, whatever was too much for Hayes Otoupalik to get in his trailer. I have Dick's MONSTER card catalog- presently destined to go to SA upon my passing.

John , Thanks for looking for him I am afraid now he is in his mid nineties time may be running out to get him to publish. Last year he had his daughter drive him to the show and he disliked asking her for that much help.
